01.Professional Service Fees
All payments made to Brandliift cover custom professional services, including performance marketing, custom software engineering, and creative asset creation.
02.Non-Refundable Policy Post Initiation
Notice on Resource Allocation
All payments made to Brandliift are non-refundable once project work or client onboarding has commenced. Software engineering involves immediate developer allocation, cloud infrastructure provisioning, and architectural design.
03.Pre-Sprint Cancellation
If cancellation is requested prior to any technical work commencing, Brandliift may issue a refund minus administrative and payment processing charges.
04.Retainer Plans
Monthly retainers are non-refundable for the active billing cycle. Cancellation halts billing for subsequent cycles.
